Lifewords declaration of faith. The doctrinal basis for our work is set out in our charitable articles, created in 1917, as:

• The supreme authority and absolute trustworthiness of the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, being alike the unerring revelation of God, the one rule of faith, and the final court of appeal.
• The co-eternity and co-equality of the three Persons in one Godhead – the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
• The essential deity and sinless humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His Virgin Birth, His atoning death, His bodily resurrection and ascension, and His coming again.
• The Personality of the Holy Spirit, who is one with the Father and the Son, very and eternal God.

As organisational members of the Evangelical Alliance, we also subscribe to the EA Basis of Faith statement.
